CREATIVE DIRECTOR, NewGlyphics – 1996 through Present 
Leads this small full-service agency providing high-impact, results-driven marketing strategies and design solutions for a wide range of B2B, B2C and nonprofit clientele.  Provide strategic planning, concept development, design, copywriting, photography, production, research, media planning and placement for all types of projects:  collateral, corporate identity/branding, advertising, promotions, packaging, direct marketing, TV, radio, video, interactive, web, e-commerce, interiors, outdoor, trade show, POS/POP and display; in all types of media: print, Internet, broadcast, and multimedia.  Acknowledged as a color and corporate image specialist.  Fiscal responsibility.  Clientele:  American Heart Association, Caremark, Botanical Research Institute of Texas (B.R.I.T.), Alamo Water, The Good Guys, Beautiful Body International, Palo Pinto General Hospital, Saladmaster, etc.  On-site client work: Caremark (formerly Advance PCS, now operating as CVS Caremark) is the nation's premier integrated pharmacy services provider, combining one of the nation's leading pharmaceutical services companies with the country’s largest pharmacy chain.  The company fills or manages more than one billion prescriptions per year, more than any other pharmacy services provider.  Served as designer. — eSports Partners, the leading merchandise service provider of complete eCommerce, retail, catalog and game day solutions for NFL and NCAA teams:  NY Giants, Miami Dolphins, San Diego Chargers, Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans; U of Maryland Terrapins, U of Tennessee Volunteers, U of Miami Hurricanes; Dallas Cowboys and Arkansas Razorbacks use their technology.  Served as Creative Directer.
Creative SERVICES Director, Computer City  – 1994 through 1997 
Directed the in-house advertising agency of the world’s largest computer retailer with over 100 stores worldwide.  In two months, brought the company on schedule from critical condition.  Improved creative product.  Recruited, developed, and directed team of nineteen, including art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, photographers, traffic staff, and production staff.  Award-winning team wrote, designed and produced all ROP advertising, magazine advertising, preprints, sales materials, direct marketing, catalogs, collateral, promotions, trade show, internet, special event, POS/POP and display for North America.  Included B2B, B2C and internal communications.  Directed outsourced advertising agencies and vendors. Fiscal responsibility.  A member and advisor on the Tandy Corporation Web Graphic Standards Committee.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, Trowell & Associates – 1991 through 1994 
Led this Los Angeles-based, full-service agency, providing high-impact, results-driven marketing strategies and design solutions for a wide range of B2B, B2C and nonprofit clientele.  Provided strategic planning, concept development, design, copywriting, photography, production, research, media planning and placement for all types of projects:  collateral, corporate identity/branding, advertising, promotions, packaging, direct marketing, TV, radio, video, interiors, outdoor, trade show, POS/POP and display; in all types of media: print, broadcast, and multimedia.  Fiscal responsibility.  Clientele: Price Waterhouse, Los Angeles Heart Association, National Kidney Foundation, YWCA of Greater Los Angeles, Gymboree, Simonson Mercedes, Aaron-Scott Furniture, The Warehouse Restaurant, Pacific Rim Printers/Mailers, United Presort Services, etc.  Consulting work: Pacific Rim Printers/Mailers/Marketing/Advertising.  In business for over 35 years, they are a Los Angeles full service printing and mailing company providing design, printing, direct mail and mailing list services.  I established the agency-side of their business and then acted as Director of Marketing/Creative Director for two years.
Creative SERVICES Director, NCNB National Bank – 1988 through 1991 
Built a full-service, in-house advertising agency from the ground up for the 8th largest bank in the US, with 200 branches nationwide.  Led a fifteen-member team that included art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, photographers, traffic staff, and production staff.   Created and produced award winning, high impact, results-driven marketing solutions while reducing costs.  Provided strategic planning, concept development, design, copywriting, photography, and production for all types of projects:  collateral, corporate identity / branding, advertising, promotions, direct marketing, video, outdoor, POS/POP  and display; in print and broadcast media.  B2B, B2C and internal communications.  Directed and outsourced ad agencies and vendors.  Fiscal responsibility.
MARKETING Manager, Lead Marketing International Inc. – 1985 through 1988 
Created, produced and managed all activities related to sales, collateral, direct marketing, trade shows, promotions, special events, advertising, and internal communications for this direct marketing company.  Served as art director, sales manager, designer, copywriter, photographer, media buyer, videographer/editor/producer, and print buyer.  Directed and outsourced advertising agencies and vendors.   Clients:  Citibank, various insurance companies, etc. 
Advertising Manager, Allied Automation Inc. – 1984 through 1985 
Created, produced and managed all activities related to sales, collateral, direct marketing, trade shows, promotions, special events, advertising, and internal communications for this manufacturer.  Served as art director, designer, editor, copywriter, photographer, media buyer, videographer/editor/producer, and print buyer.  Directed and outsourced advertising agencies and vendors.
