With a successful foundation of twenty years in all aspects of creative services (design/copy/production) and marketing, I have a proven track record of leading creative teams in the development and production of high-impact, results-driven integrated marketing solutions in print, broadcast, multimedia and interactive.  My experience encompasses brand, corporate identity, collateral, advertising, promotion, direct marketing, internal communications, e-commerce, interiors, research, outdoor, trade show, POP/POS and display.  Further, I am proficient at recruiting, developing, and directing small and large teams, including (but not limited to) art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, developers, photographers, traffic and production staff.  Prior to founding NewGlyphics in 1996, I directed the in-house advertising agencies of two Fortune 100 companies:  (1) NCNB National Bank (formerly known as NationsBank; presently operating as Bank of America) and  (2) Computer City (at the time, was the world’s largest computer retailer; a Tandy company, now owned by CompUSA).

As a dynamic leader and motivator of creative teams—on both the Agency and Brand side, I offer comprehensive expertise in departmental start-up, turnaround, logistics streamlining, management and improvement of the creative product. With a “mentor” leadership approach, I build a prolific framework through ongoing guidance, training and feedback – building a team that is capable, motivated, inspired, highly productive and with a clear focus on:  delivering world-class, high-impact, creative solutions that consistently and powerfully execute brand strategy and accomplish marketing objectives... on time, and within budget.
