Computer Investigations Our computer investigation services fall in to two categories. The first is internet contact tracing. Everyone on the internet leaves trails of information they might not be aware of. We can use these trails to gather information about a person given a 'handle' or nickname, an e-mail address, or in some cases a real name. Some e-mail addresses are more difficult to track than others. The other type of investigations is hard drive checking. Files aren't always deleted after the recycle bin has been emptied. And depending on the amount of use the computer has undergone since a file was deleted it is possible to retrieve that file. It is also sometimes possible to restore a drive that has been 'FDISKed'. Also, there are settings with personal information stored throughout a computer. Knowledge of where this information is stored and how to access it can allow you to find out information that someone thought was safely removed. Computer Service Consulting and Training We also offer hardware and software support, consulting and training. We can provide several types of services, from recommending hardware, to setting up small networks. We also do consulting on what computer equipment or software you might need for your application.
