Why is licensing important?
In Texas, as well as several other states, it is illegal to provide private investigation services without being licensed. In Texas, providing P.I. services without a license is a felony. Not only that, any information a non-licensed P.I. obtains is not admissible in court. So if your case goes to court, and your P.I. doesn't have a license, you might be stuck with a lot of pertinent information that will never be seen.

ISGU is a charter member of the Investigators of America, giving us access to resources and investigators across the nation. If you have the need for investigations in a state where we do not operate, we can find someone to help you.

ISGU is a member of several private investigation associations. This ensures our clients that we are up-to-date on all the latest developments surrounding our business, and how we do business for you.

ISGU Enterprises is also recognized as a Historically Underutilized Business.
